Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intelligic Solutions (“Intelligic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://intelligic.org, submit a form, buy a service or digital product, or pay through a payment gateway.
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as applicable.
What we collect depends on how you use us: browsing the site, buying a marketplace licence, subscribing to a product such as DutyFlex, or commissioning custom work. Product-specific privacy terms on a product site (for example DutyFlex) take precedence for that product.
1. Data fiduciary
Intelligic Solutions is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this website.
Address: B Wing, EXPRESS ZONE, F-164, Western Express Hwy, Malad, Panch Bawadi, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063. Phone: +91 9029965109.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and complete your order. Across the site this typically includes:
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company, and message content from quote or contact forms
- Billing: billing name, address, GSTIN (if you provide one), and order amount
- Payment metadata from the gateway: transaction ID, payment method type (for example UPI or card), status, and timestamp — not your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP
- Cookies and similar identifiers used for the site to function, remember theme preference, and understand traffic
3. Subscription products
If you subscribe to a product such as DutyFlex, we also process:
- Account data: name, email, phone, and organisation details given at signup
- Billing data: processed by our payment-gateway partners. We do not store full card details on our servers
- Usage data: product logs, device or browser information, and feature-interaction data, used to run the product, improve it, and provide support
- Customer content: data you enter into the product (for example attendance records or employee details in DutyFlex). That content remains your property. We access it only to provide the service, or with your consent for support
4. Marketplace purchases
For a one-time marketplace purchase we collect order data (name, email, billing address, and payment confirmation), the email used to send download links, licence keys, or access instructions, and any information you later share if you contact support. We use this only to process the order, deliver the product, provide support, and meet tax and accounting duties.
5. Service engagements
When you commission custom work we also process client and billing information (name, company, contacts, billing and GST details); project content you send (text, images, credentials, and other materials); access credentials where maintenance or development needs your website, server, hosting, or domain panel; and communication records (emails, call notes, messages) kept for project accountability and support history.
Access credentials are used only for the agreed work and handled confidentially. We retain them only as long as the engagement and any agreed post-delivery support require.
6. How we collect it
We collect information you type into forms, send by email or WhatsApp, or enter on a payment-gateway checkout. We also collect limited technical data automatically when you load the site. We do not buy marketing lists.
7. How we use it
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
- Enter and perform a contract — deliver services, licences, or subscription access
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle refunds or failed transactions
- Provide support and send transactional messages (order confirmation, access details, project updates)
- Meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations
- Keep the site secure and understand how it is used
- Send optional updates only if you ask for them; you can opt out of marketing at any time
8. Payments and payment gateways
When you pay online, you are redirected to or shown a checkout hosted by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator (for example Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, or a similar partner we enable). The gateway collects card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its own secure page.
We receive a success or failure response, a transaction reference, the amount, and limited payer details needed for invoicing and support. We do not store card PANs, CVV, expiry, or UPI PINs on our servers.
The payment partner acts as an independent data fiduciary or processor for the payment credentials you enter. Their privacy policy applies to that step. We share with them only what is required to create the order (amount, order reference, and your name, email, or phone if the checkout needs it).
11. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Contracts, invoices, and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law (generally eight years for books of account).
Subscription account and usage data is kept while the subscription is active, then for a reasonable period for legal and backup purposes, after which it can be deleted on request. Marketplace order and support data is kept for accounting and any warranty-support period stated on the listing, and can be deleted on request subject to statutory record-keeping. Project files and credentials are kept for delivery and agreed support, then deleted or archived when no longer needed.
You can ask us to delete data that the law does not require us to keep.
12. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable processors. Payment card data is handled by the gateway under PCI-DSS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect data with reasonable security practices as understood under Indian IT rules.
13. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where we no longer need it, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing such as marketing. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the Board is accepting complaints.
To exercise these rights, call +91 9029965109 or use the contact form at https://intelligic.org/contact with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
14. Children
Our site and services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
15. International processing
We operate from Mumbai, India. Some processors (for example email or analytics) may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
16. Grievance officer
For privacy or payment-data grievances under the IT Rules and DPDP Act, contact:
- Grievance officer: Intelligic Solutions
- Phone: +91 9029965109
- Address: B Wing, EXPRESS ZONE, F-164, Western Express Hwy, Malad, Panch Bawadi, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063
- We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24–48 business hours and resolve them within 15 days where reasonably possible.
17. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new policy.
